Get started
It starts with a conversation, not your account numbers.
Step one is a two-minute inquiry — just enough for us to call you back. The paperwork comes later, and only if we’re a fit.
- 01
You reach out
The short form below: who you are, your organization, how to reach you. Two minutes. No bills, no account numbers — we never ask for documents on a first hello.
- 02
We talk for fifteen minutes
You hear back within one business day to set up a call with whoever pays the bills. We confirm we can actually help — and if we can't, we say so on that call and waste no more of your time.
- 03
Then the bills, then the plan
Only after the call do we ask for three months of utility bills (photos or PDFs). Five days later your board has its Payback Plan. Business tier: the $99 payment link arrives with the written proposal — you pay when we start, not before.
Congregations & nonprofits
Start the conversation
Funded by the paid tier and sponsors
Houses of worship of any tradition, parishes, temples, mosques, and community nonprofits. If your building serves a mission, the plan is free and stays free.
Small businesses
Request an introduction call
Refunded if we don’t find you more than $99/yr
Shops, restaurants, offices, and landlords on commercial rates. After the intro call you receive a one-page proposal — scope, timeline, and the flat fee — with the payment link. Work starts when you approve it, and your $99 also underwrites a congregation’s free plan.
Payment is never taken up front — the Stripe link arrives with your written proposal after the intro call.
What happens after you submit
Who replies
Gabriele Troiano, Lightkeeper’s operator — a person, not a sequence. The same person who will build your plan.
How fast
Within one business day, by email, proposing times for the fifteen-minute call. Nothing is scheduled without you.
What we’ll ask for
On the call: how the building is used and who pays the bills. Documents come only after — and only three months of utility bills, nothing more.
When we do ask for your bills
Utility bills contain account numbers and addresses, so we treat them like the private records they are: stored in a private drive accessible only to Lightkeeper’s operator, used solely to produce your organization’s plan, never shared or sold, and deleted after 12 months or the moment you ask. This policy also lives on our pledge page.
